We are thrilled to announce that on 11th November 2021, BQI Insurance were crowned winners of the Insurance Age UK Broker Awards for 'Claims Team' and 'Insurance Broker of the Year'.

Claims Team Award
Whilst building strong relationships with new and existing clients, insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors and other agents in the industry, behind the scenes our dedicated Claims Team are working with great tenacity, knowledge and experience to ensure our clients are offered the best possible service throughout the various stages of the claims lifecycle.
The team work diligently and proactively, cleansing client claims on a rolling basis to ensure insurer reserves are realistic and claim files concluded as quickly and as fairly as possible, subsequently protecting client claims experience.
Our Claims Team also recognised the additional benefit of having out of hour motor claim notification services so we set up our very own BQI app which allows drivers to notify claims at the scene of an incident by providing vital information such as third party details and uploading images. This benefit gives prompt notifications to insurers which in turn can assist when offering intervention services to third parties, thus minimising the overall cost of claims.
Our team continue to strive to find new ways of exceeding customer service expectations and we can’t wait to see what they bring to the table in 2022 and beyond…
Broker of the Year
According to the judges, choosing Broker of the Year is one of the most difficult parts of the judging process so to say we’re proud of each and every one of our employees who have contributed to us winning this award would be the biggest understatement of the year!
Given the panels wide-ranging experience across our industry, it gives BQI great pride to be awarded and recognised above substantially bigger brokers across a number of categories.
Our employees consistently display high levels of excellence, professionalism and dedication in all that they do and as a result, we’ve had the ability to grow consistently and retain business due to our broking skills and superb service levels.
As a leading UK Broker, we also want to continue to develop the best possible IT platforms to support our staff into the digital future. After all, we have the best team in the Broking Sector so going forward, we need to ensure we’re providing our people with the best possible tools to do the job and continue with our successful journey.
Not only have we achieved the above mentioned awards, but BQI have been highly commended for Client Services and as a Commercial Lines Broker – another huge achievement and testament to all the hard work our staff continue to carry out on a day to day basis.
