When an incident occurs, we realise how overwhelming this can be for you and your company so this is probably when you’re going to need us the most.

With decades of experience between them, our friendly and approachable in-house claims team are on hand to support you through every step of the claims process.

Behind the scenes, your dedicated Claims Handler will be working hard to progress matters on your behalf, fighting your corner when necessary and ensuring the best possible outcome is reached to protect your claims experience and renewal premiums.

All incidents need to be reported to your insurers as quickly as possible in order to adhere with the claims condition within your policy.

Our claims team operate from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4pm on Friday’s.

For any non-motor related incidents that occur out of hours, please send us an email and our claims team will make contact with you as soon as the office reopens. Alternatively, should you require immediate assistance please review your policy documentation to contact your insurer directly.
